Mini Marquees are ideal for sporting groups, bucks and hens parties, birthday celebrations, engagement parties, work breakups and loads more. You can even decorate our own Mini Marquee! This package is suited to groups of 10, with a large mini marquee, large table and 10 chairs. For larger groups, we recommend buying an additional marquee (you must add each marquee package separately to your cart).

Option 1: Golf Club / Mounting Yard End
Mini Marquees are positioned adjacent to the Golf Club, mounting yard and horse stalls area, a short distance past the Winning Post. If you are a true racing enthusiast and you enjoy being a part of the racing action including close proximity to the mounting yard, horse stalls, and race day administration, then this is the location for you. A bar is positioned in this area to service patrons. Golf Club catering, betting facilities and public amenities are located close by. 

Option 2: The Mound
The mound is a slightly raised cluster of Mini Marquees with a premium view of the track and Winning Post. Some would consider this to be prime real estate at the Elders Mt. Wycheproof Cup – Derby Day in the Country. Located just inside the main entrance and close to the public bar, betting ring, TAB facilities, catering and public amenities. 

Option 3: Home Straight / North End
Mini Marquees are located with full view of the track, home straight and home turn. Marquees are set back from the outside rail in two rows with full view of the big screen on the inside of the racetrack. This location is amongst all the race day activity, with close proximity to the bar, band, catering, betting ring, TAB, big screen, kid’s activities and public amenities. If you want to soak up everything that the Elders Mt. Wycheproof Cup race day has to offer, then this is most definitely the location for you.

Catering Options

Gourmet Race Day Hamper: Fresh, unique, handmade delights – both sweet and savory - delivered to your Marquee or Umbrella on race day. Includes: Antipasto box, chicken skewer, pinwheel, tarts, variety of salad cups (including mango chicken, and other varieties), mini roll or rueben sandwich, sweet treat box, small ‘in season‘ fruit box. Each Gourmet Hamper easily caters for 10 people and comes with condiments/napkins and cutlery included.

Antipasto Grazing Box: An assortment of cured deli meats, chesses, olives, dips and crackers. Suitable as a starter/grazing option for 5 - 10 people.

Assorted Sandwich Box: A mixture of assorted fresh cut sandwiches on wholemeal, grain and white bread.
